Midwifery Personnel Act Article 12
Midwifery personnel shall limit their registered practice locations to one.Midwifery personnel shall practice at a midwifery institution, medical institution or postpartum care center registered with and approved by the local competent authority or any other institution approved by the central competent authority. However, this rule does not apply in cases of emergency, inter-institutional support, practice outside of an institution upon invitation or practice with prior permission.

助產人員執業登記處所，以一處為限。
助產人員執業，應在所在地主管機關核准登記之助產機構、醫療機構、產後護理機構或其他經中央主管機關認可之機構為之。
但急救、執業機構間之支援、應邀出外執行業務或經事先報准者，不在此限。
