Public Assistance Act Article 31
The competent authorities shall assist, supervise, and appraise the public assistance institutions.Reward measures for public assistance institutions shall be determined by the competent authorities.When a public assistance institution does not perform adequately, infringes upon the original approved establishment standards, or shall be improved according to the results of the appraisal mentioned in the first paragraph, the competent authority shall notify the institution to make improvements within a specified time limit.

主管機關對社會救助機構應予輔助、監督及評鑑。
社會救助機構之獎勵辦法，由主管機關定之。
社會救助機構辦理不善或違反原許可設立標準或依第一項評鑑結果應予改善者，主管機關應通知其限期改善。
