Social Worker Act Article 17
The behavior of a social worker shall comply with the provisions of social work ethics regulation.The ethics regulation prescribed in the preceding paragraph shall be enacted by the National Union of Licensed Social Workers and reported to the central competent authority for check and reference after being passed by the members’ (representatives) convention.

社會工作師之行為必須遵守社會工作倫理守則之規定。
前項倫理守則，由全國社會工作師公會聯合會訂定，提請會員（會員代表）大會通過後，報請中央主管機關備查。
