Regulations on Management of Volunteer Service Certificates and Service Record Books Article 9
When a volunteer service exerciser registers content in a Record Book, the National Information System, or a local information system, they shall comply with the following provisions:1. Registration shall be performed by designated personnel.2. Service items and service content shall be registered according to the facts.3. Hours of service shall not include the round-trip transit time.
