Public Welfare Solicitation Act Article 2
The terms used in this Act are defined as follows:1.“Public welfare” refers to the interest of unidentified multiple persons.2.“Non-profit organization” refers to a private organization registered in accordance with the law for non-profit purposes and engaging in public welfare activities under Article 8.
