National Pension Act Article 43
Surviving families shall pick one to apply when they’re qualified for more than 2 types of pension payments.Article 39, Paragraph 2 shall apply mutatis mutandis if there are more than 2 surviving families listed on the same order in receiving surviving family pension payment.

遺屬具有受領二種以上遺屬年金給付之資格時，應擇一請領。
同一順序受領遺屬年金給付之遺屬有二人以上時，並準用第三十九條第二項之規定。
