Regulations Governing the National Health Insurance Medical Care Article 24
A refillable prescription slip for patients with chronic illnesses shall be dispensed in different dispensations.A beneficiary holding a refillable prescription slip for patients with chronic illnesses may request dosage dispensation by presenting the original prescription slip within 10 days before the expiration of the previous dosage dispensation.

同一慢性病連續處方箋，應分次調劑。
保險對象持慢性病連續處方箋調劑者，須俟上次給藥期間屆滿前十日內，始得憑原處方箋再次調劑。
