The Regulations Governing the Exemption of the National Health Insurance Beneficiaries from the Co-Payment (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulations”) are duly enacted pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 48 of the National Health Insurance Act (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”).
