Regulations Governing Installment Payment of NHI Insurance Premium and Overdue Fine Article 4
All applications for the arrearage in installments shall meet one of the following conditions:1. The total arrearage of a group insurance applicant is more than NT$30,000.2. The total arrearage of a beneficiary is more than NT$2,000.

一、投保單位欠費總額達新臺幣三萬元以上。
二、保險對象欠費總額達新臺幣二千元以上。
