Enforcement Rules of the National Health Insurance Act Article 9

The full-time and regularly paid personnel mentioned in Item 1 of Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Act refer to those who are employed in the government agencies (institutions) or public/private schools, and are qualified to be the insured under the Government Employee and Education Personnel Insurance or the Military Personnel Insurance.The government employees mentioned in Item 1 of Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Act refer to the civil servants prescribed in the Civil Servants Election and Recall Act.If the administrator of a local community is not employed, he/she may subscribe to the Insurance pursuant to the provisions for government employee set forth in the preceding paragraph.
