Enforcement Rules of the National Health Insurance Act Article 73
These enforcement rules shall be effective from January 1, 2013.The amended provisions of these Rules shall take effect from the date of promulgation, except Article 45, as amended on December 15, 2015, shall take effect from January 1, 2016 , and the provisions amended and promulgated on October 20, 2025, shall take effect from January 1, 2025.

本細則修正條文，除中華民國一百零四年十二月十五日修正之第四十五條自一百零五年一月一日施行，一百十四年十月二十日修正發布條文自一百十四年一月一日施行外，自發布日施行。
