The group insurance applicant shall notify the Insurer in writing and submit relevant documents to proceed with the rearrangement procedure of its beneficiaries within 15 days from its closedown, suspension, dissolution, or abolition.The group insurance applicant that resumes its business after closing down shall notify the Insurer in writing and submit relevant documents to proceed with the rearrangement procedure of its beneficiaries within 15 days.

投保單位有停業、歇業、解散或裁撤情事時，應於十五日內以書面通知保險人，並檢附相關證件，辦理所屬保險對象之異動申報手續。
已辦理停業之投保單位復業時，應於十五日內以書面通知保險人，並檢附相關證件，辦理所屬保險對象之異動申報手續。
