Enforcement Rules of the National Health Insurance Act Article 36

In the case that the beneficiary should withdraw from the insurance in accordance with Article 13 of the Act but the original group insurance applicant failed to withdraw the beneficiary from coverage, the Insurer may process the insurance withdraw procedure in accordance with the information provided by the relevant competent authority, and simultaneously inform the original group insurance applicant and the beneficiary. However, for those who are obviously difficult to be contacted with, they are excluded from this provision.
