Enforcement Rules of the National Health Insurance Act Article 21

The lineal blood descendants within second degree of relationship of the insured, who have reached majority and are not employed, may subscribe to this Insurance as dependents, if they satisfy any of the following conditions:1. Newly graduated from school, who may then be insured for one year from the end of the relevant academic year.2. Discharge from compulsory military service or from military-substitute service, or have completed military training, who may then be insured for one year from the date of discharge or the date of completion of military training.
