Enforcement Rules of the National Health Insurance Act Article 12
The persons who have no particular employers mentioned in Item 1 of Subparagraph 2 and Item 2 of Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Act refer to those who are from time to time employed within three consecutive months by more than two employers often than those set out in Items 1 to 3 of Subparagraph 1 of the same Paragraph of the same Article, and whose job opportunity, working time, work load, work place, and work salary are not fixed.

本法第十條第一項第二款第一目及第三款第二目所稱無一定雇主者，指經常於三個月內受僱於非屬同條項第一款第一目至第三目規定之二個以上不同雇主，其工作機會、工作時間、工作量、工作場所、工作報酬不固定者。
