National Health Insurance Act Article 77
The funds of this Insurance may be managed in the following ways:1. To invest in government bonds, treasury bills, and corporate bonds;2. To deposit in government-owned banks or financial institutions designated by the Competent Authority;3. To invest in any other program that is beneficial to this Insurance and as approved by the Competent Authority.

本保險之基金，得以下列方式運用：
一、公債、庫券及公司債之投資。
二、存放於公營銀行或主管機關指定之金融機構。
三、其他經主管機關核准有利於本保險之投資。
