Contracted medical care institutions shall give the beneficiary a prescription after treatment, which shall be according to the contracted medical care institutions’ dispensation, lab tests, and diagnostic examinations.The beneficiary’s drug prescription from ambulatory treatment and major lab test items shall be stored in the NHI Card.

保險醫事服務機構於診療保險對象後，應交付處方予保險對象，於符合規定之保險醫事服務機構調劑、檢驗、檢查或處置。
