National Health Insurance Act Article 23
The insurance premium of a beneficiary in Categories 4 to 6 shall be calculated according to the averaged actuarial insurance premium based on the total number of beneficiaries in accordance with Article 18.The insurance premium of the dependents stated in the preceding paragraph shall be paid by the insured. When the number of dependents exceeds 3, the payment shall be calculated on the basis of only three dependents.
