Organization Act of the Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare Article 1
The Ministry of Health and Welfare shall establish the Health Promotion Administration (hereinafter referred to as “The Administration ") to responsible for health promotion and noncommunicable disease prevention affairs.
