Act on Agro-pesticides Management Article 46
Any person who sells or intends to sell prohibited agro-pesticides by displaying or storing them shall be sentenced to imprisonment for more than six months but less than five years and subjected to a fine of more than 5,000,000 New Taiwan Dollars but less than 1,000,000 New Taiwan Dollars.Any person who commits the offense stipulated in the preceding Paragraph due to negligence shall be sentenced to imprisonment for less than one year or detention, and/or a fine of less than 500,000 New Taiwan Dollars.
中文原文 農藥管理法第46條
販賣或意圖販賣而陳列、儲藏禁用農藥者，處六月以上五年以下有期徒刑，併科新臺幣一百萬元以上五百萬元以下罰金。
因過失犯前項之罪者，處一年以下有期徒刑或拘役，併科新臺幣五十萬元以下罰金。
因過失犯前項之罪者，處一年以下有期徒刑或拘役，併科新臺幣五十萬元以下罰金。
