Act on Agro-pesticides Management Article 44
The competent authority may appraise the agro-pesticide manufacturers or dealers periodically and reward those who are highly recognized in the appraisal.The regulations governing the appraisal and rewards under the preceding Paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.
