Act on Agro-pesticides Management Article 33
The users of agro-pesticides shall use the agro-pesticides approved by the central competent authority.Before appealing on the market, if the crop or its product's agro-pesticide residue exceed the Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) promulgated by the health competent authority, the crop or its product shall appeal on the market when it has been re-examined or re-inspected to ensure compliance.For the safety of human health, environmental protection, and ecological conservation, the central competent authority shall prescribe regulations governing the use of agro-pesticides, selective inspection methods of agro-pesticide residues in agricultural products, and other relevant matters.

使用農藥者，應使用經中央主管機關核准之農藥。
農作物或其產物上市前之農藥殘留量經檢驗結果，超過衛生主管機關所定農藥殘留容許量標準者，應經複驗或重新抽樣檢驗合格，始得販售。
為維護人體安全、環境保護及生態保育，中央主管機關應訂定農藥使用、農產品農藥殘留抽驗及其他應遵行事項之辦法。
