Quarantine Requirements for Transshipment of Plants or Plant Products through Countries or Districts Where Designated Diseases or Pests Are Known to Occur Article 8
Plants or plant products carried by passengers who transit through the designated plant diseases or pests infested countries or districts the provisions of Article 4 and 5 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
