Regulations of Plant Regulated Articles Subject to Post-Entry Quarantine Article 3
The post-entry quarantine for PEQ articles shall be conducted in the plant quarantine authority, or the PEQ station designated by the plant quarantine authority, or the PEQ station provided by the importers that have been approved by the plant quarantine authority.
