Regulations of Import Quarantine Operation for Animal Products Transported by Closed Container Article 2
2.1 For the purposes of these Regulations, "closed container" shall be defined as a closed container for transporting animal products, and it must meet the following conditions:2.1.1 It must be strong enough in structure and shall be reusable.2.1.2 Its door must be closed thoroughly during transport.2.1.3 It must be able to prevent any pathogen of animal infectious diseases from leaking outward or entering into during transport.2.1.4 It must be easy to clean and sanitize.

本辦法所稱密閉式貨櫃，指運送動物產品之密閉容器，並應符合下列規定：
一、構造堅固，可重複持續使用。
二、於運送途中，門應完全關閉。
三、於運送途中，可有效防止其內存在之動物傳染病病原體向外散播或被外在之動物傳染病病原體侵入。
四、具容易清潔消毒之特性。
