The written record of each complaint shall be reserved in the product complaint file which shall be kept in proper places or other facilities available to the audit at any time.A written record shall be kept for 2 years after the expiry date of the complained product or 2 years after receiving the complaint; the longer period shall be the standard.

每一申訴之書面紀錄均應保存於產品申訴檔案中，並將檔案保存於適當場所或其他隨時可供稽查之設施中。
