The Manufacturer shall set up the written distribution operating procedures and include the circumstances as follows:1. The principle shall be “first manufactured first sold”; there may be temporary and proper adjustment in response to the demands;2. The distribution method that prevents the product ingredients, strength/ contents, quality and purity from the impact of the bad circumstantial factors;3. The establishment of a rapid recall system of sold products.

藥廠應以書面訂立運銷作業程序，並包括下列事項：
一、以先製者先銷售為原則，為因應需要得作暫時且適當之調整。
二、防止產品之成分、含量、品質及純度受到不良環境因素影響之運銷方式。
三、建立能迅速收回已運銷產品之系統。
