Veterinary Drugs Control Act Article 28
Regarding suspicious counterfeit, banned, or substandard veterinary drugs pending sampling verification, the competent authority shall seal them off for the related entity to sign an affidavit to take them into custody.The samples taken in the preceding Paragraph shall be subject to verification and disposal as soon as possible – no later than two months after the date the suspicious drug is uncovered.
中文原文 動物用藥品管理法第28條
主管機關對於涉嫌之動物用偽藥、禁藥或劣藥，須經抽樣鑑定者，應予封存，由廠商出具切結保管。
前項抽取之樣品，應儘速鑑定及處理，其期間自查獲之日起，至多不得超過二個月。
