These Regulations shall come into force on the day of promulgation.
中文原文 營利性野生動物飼養繁殖買賣加工管理辦法第15條
直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應每六個月派員查核營利性野生動物飼養、繁殖、買賣或加工者之場所設施、繁殖或來源紀錄及管理情形，所有人、負責人或管理人不得規避、妨礙或拒絕。
