Enforcement Rules of the Wildlife Conservation Act Article 35
Whenever the government Authorities accept a donation of live Protected Species or their products, either from an organization or from an individual, the government Authorities may donate it to a public or government authorized private zoo, scientific research institution or museum or other social or educational institutions for research, teaching, preservation, display or educational purposes.

主管機關接受私人或團體捐贈之保育類野生動物及其產製品，得交由公立或政府立案之私立動物園、學術研究機構、博物館等社教機構或其他機關團體，供學術研究、教學、保存、展示或教育之用。
