Enforcement Rules of the Wildlife Conservation Act Article 30
According to Article 27, Paragraph 1 of the WCA, an Impact Assessment Report on native flora and fauna shall be provided for the first-time import of exotic species. The report shall include the following:1.Ecology and life history of the species, including its diet, natural habitat, reproductive rate, natural predators and local climate of its country of origin and whether there are any similar species in Taiwan;2.Possible impact of import of the species upon native flora, fauna and ecosystems and preventative measures.

依本法第二十七條第一項規定所提對國內動植物影響評估報告，應包括下列項目：
一、擬輸入之野生動物在其原產地食物種類、棲息環境、繁殖速率、天敵、氣候條件及國內有無現存相近種類等之生態習性資料。
二、對本國動、植物生育環境可能產生之影響及預防措施。
