Act on Wildlife Conservation Article 40

The following offenses shall be sentenced to imprisonment for more than six months but less than five years, and a fine of more than 300,000 New Taiwan Dollars and but less than 1,500,000 New Taiwan Dollars may be imposed:1.Violation of Article 24, Paragraph 1, unapproved import or export of live Protected Wildlife or their products.2.Violation of Article 35, Paragraph 1, trading, display or exhibiting with the intent to sell Protected Wildlife and its products.
