Act on Wildlife Conservation Article 14
Lost or wild animals which are not endemic to Taiwan may be dealt with by the Authorities if found to be damaging Taiwan’s plant or animal habitats.The CCA shall determine which animals are not endemic to Taiwan.

逸失或生存於野外之非臺灣地區原產動物，如有影響國內動植物棲息環境之虞者，得由主管機關逕為必要之處置。
前項非臺灣地區原產動物，由中央主管機關認定之。
