Rural Regeneration Act Article 11
The competent authorities at the municipal and the city/county levels shall formulate annual action plan of rural regeneration in accordance with the mass plan of rural regeneration stated by article 8 and the approved rural regeneration plan, and submit to the central competent authority for subsidy application and setting their implementation items and priority.The said subsidy application shall not include the costs of land acquirement.

直轄市或縣（市）主管機關應依第八條所定農村再生總體計畫及已核定之農村再生計畫，訂定年度農村再生執行計畫，向中央主管機關申請補助，並由其核定執行項目及優先順序。
