Soil and water Conservation Act Article 14
With respect to land within a national park that must be subject to the soil and water conservation treatment and maintenance, the relevant soil and water conservation obligor shall draft a soil and water conservation plan and submit the same to the competent authority for approval in conjunction with the national park management authority. Such plan shall be implemented and maintained by the soil and water conservation obligor under the supervision of the competent authority in conjunction with the national park management authority.

國家公園範圍內土地，需實施水土保持處理與維護者，由各該水土保持義務人擬具水土保持計畫，送請主管機關會同國家公園管理機關核定，並由主管機關會同國家公園管理機關監督水土保持義務人實施及維護。
