(Standard of Land Classification According to Limits on its Allowed Scope of Use)The central and special municipality regulatory authority shall complete the identification of land suitable for agriculture, animal husbandry and forestry purposes, and land subject to strengthened conservation for those districts or lands that haven’t been demarcated or classified, in compliance with land classification standards for permissible slopeland use under Paragraph 3, Article 16 of the Act.The central and special municipality regulatory authority may delegate nnouncing the result of identification mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

中央、直轄市主管機關應依本條例第十六條第三項所定之山坡地土地可利用限度分類標準，完成宜農、牧地、宜林地、加強保育地查定者，以尚未劃定使用分區或編定使用地類別之土地為限。
前項查定，中央、直轄市主管機關得委任所屬機關辦理。
