Slopeland Conservation And Utilization Act Article 33
The competent authority will grant monetary rewards to those persons who successfully report on and enforce the conservation, utilization and management of slopeland, as well as to those persons who inform the authorities of the violation of slopeland utilization regulations after punishment has been administered to the offenders.Regulations governing the provision of incentives in the preceding paragraph will be established by the central competent authority.

處理山坡地保育利用管理之查報與取締工作，確有績效者，及違規使用山坡地經處罰有案者之舉發人，由主管機關給與獎金。
