Slopeland Conservation And Utilization Act Article 15-1
The special municipality or county/city competent authority shall, subject to the need of administrative districts and the need for control of conservation and utilization, designate patrol/inspection areas, which will be responsible for reporting, restraining and clamping down on any violation of slopeland utilization regulations.
