Irrigation Act Article 25
In cases where the topography requires the Competent Authority to supply irrigation water through pressurization, the Competent Authority may collect additional fees related to the operation and maintenance of facilities.The fee-charging standards as mentioned in the previous Paragraph shall be stipulated by the Competent Authority.

主管機關因應地形須以加壓供應灌溉用水者，得向使用者收取額外增加之操作及設施維護等相關費用。
