Farmer Health Insurance Act Article 11
The monthly insured amount for this Insurance is fixed at NT$20,400. The premium rate is fixed at 2.55%.Adjustments to the monthly insured amount and premiums shall be determined by the central competent authorities, taking into account the revenues and expenditures of this Insurance, the basic monthly remuneration of workers, the cumulative rate of increase of the consumer price index as announced by the central authorities for accounting and statistics, and the government’s financial situation, and shall be submitted to the Executive Yuan for approval.

本保險之月投保金額定為新臺幣二萬四百元；保險費率定為百分之二點五五。
前項月投保金額及保險費率之調整，由中央主管機關參考本保險收支情形、勞工每月基本工資、中央主計機關發布之消費者物價指數累計成長率、政府財政狀況等擬訂，報請行政院核定之。
