Applicants to the incubation centers shall propose the operation plans to the incubation centers for approval.The incubation centers shall report the businesses that have been received permission to reside in the incubation centers (hereinafter referred to as the “resident enterprises”) and space and facilities to be furnished to the resident enterprises, ideas for allocating service resources, and the environmental management plan to the Administration for the record.

申請進駐育成中心者，應提出營運計畫送育成中心核定。
育成中心應將獲准進駐該育成中心者（以下簡稱進駐對象）經核定之營運計畫與擬提供之空間、設備、服務資源調配構想及環境管理計畫等報管理局備查。
