Agricultural Finance Act Article 56
The credit department or the Agricultural Bank of Taiwan that has been penalized in accordance with this Act and which fails to take corrective measures within the specified period of time may be punished by consecutive penalties imposed daily until the corrective measures are taken. If it repeatedly violates the provisions of this Act, or where the violations are of a serious nature, the central authorities may order to replace the responsible person within a specified period of time.

信用部或全國農業金庫經依本章規定處罰後，於規定限期內仍不予改正者，得對其同一事實或行為依原處罰鍰按日連續處罰，至依規定改正為止；其情節重大者，中央主管機關並得命令限期撤換負責人。
