Agricultural Finance Act Article 42

When a corporation violates its commitment made pursuant to Article 26 of this Act and Article 30 of Banking Law, its directors and those who participated in the decision that led to the violation of the said commitment shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 3 years, short-term imprisonment; in lieu thereof, or in addition thereto, a fine of not more than NT$1.8million.
