Agricultural Finance Act Article 38
A person who damages the credit of credit departments or the Agricultural Bank of Taiwan by spreading rumors or by fraud shall be punished by imprisonment for less than 5 years and may also be fined a fine of less than NT$10million.

散布流言或以詐術損害信用部或全國農業金庫之信用者，處五年以下有期徒刑，得併科新臺幣一千萬元以下罰金。
