Agricultural Finance Act Article 15
When the Agricultural Bank of Taiwan is established by the government, the initial contribution shall be forty nine percent (49%) of the total capital. The share of contribution made by the government shall be gradually decreased, after the establishment of the Agricultural Bank of Taiwan, until reach to twenty percent (20%) or lower.
