Agricultural Finance Act Article 12
The founders of the Agricultural Bank of Taiwan are limited to the government and all levels of agriculture and fishery associations.Agriculture and fishery associations with credit departments, with the exception of ones with negative net asset values, have the obligation to provide funds. Those agriculture and fishery associations without credit departments would provide funds voluntarily.
