Regulations for Import Inspection of Feed and Additives Article 12
12.1 In any of the following situations, the applicant may file an application for approval along with an affidavit stating his consent to move the product to a place of temporary custody pending sampling by the inspection authority:12.1.1 The inspection task requires more than five days.12.1.2 It is difficult to perform sampling in the container yard or cargo hold.12.1.3 Taking samples may compromise the product quality.12.2 The applicant shall be responsible for the security and custody of the product described in Section 12.1 which must not be sold, used or dealt with without prior consent of the inspection authority.12.3 The application for approval in Section 12.1 will be denied in any of the following situations:12.3.1 The scenarios in Section 12.1 do not apply.12.3.2 The product is designated for batch-by-batch inspection.12.3.3 The applicant has failed to comply with Section 12.2 in the past six months.

有下列情形之一者，報驗義務人得填具申請書並檢附記載第二項內容之切結書，向查驗機關申請同意將產品運至暫存處所封存，並待查驗機關取樣：
一、檢驗完成時間超過五日。
二、於貨櫃場或船艙取樣不易。
三、取樣有影響產品品質之虞。
前項產品由報驗義務人負安全維護及保管責任；未經查驗機關同意，不得販賣、使用或為其他處置。
第一項申請，有下列情形之一者，不予同意：
一、不符第一項各款之規定。
二、該產品屬逐批查驗。
三、報驗義務人申請之日前六個月內，曾有違反前項規定之情形。
一、檢驗完成時間超過五日。
二、於貨櫃場或船艙取樣不易。
三、取樣有影響產品品質之虞。
前項產品由報驗義務人負安全維護及保管責任；未經查驗機關同意，不得販賣、使用或為其他處置。
第一項申請，有下列情形之一者，不予同意：
一、不符第一項各款之規定。
二、該產品屬逐批查驗。
三、報驗義務人申請之日前六個月內，曾有違反前項規定之情形。
