Agricultural Production and Certification Act Article 14
Testing methods of agricultural products shall be promulgated by the central competent authority in consultation with related regulatory authorities. In the absence of any promulgated methods, the following testing methods shall be adopted in order.1. Testing methods established by the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation.2. National standards.3. Internationally recognized methods.

農產品之檢驗方法，由中央主管機關會商中央目的事業主管機關後公告之；未公告者，依序準用下列檢驗方法：
