Regulations of Permission and Inspection on Genetically Modified Feed or Feed Additives Article 3
The competent authority of the central government may reject applications mentioned above or directly review existing information without further notice when applicants fail to make the payment, submit relevant information and samples, or make corrections thereof by the deadline advised by the competent authority of the central government.

前條之申請，申請人未繳納費用、提供資料、樣品或有得補正之情形，經中央主管機關通知限期補正；屆期未補正或補正未完備者，中央主管機關得不予受理，或依現有資料逕為審查。
