本法第十六條第一項所稱進行動物科學應用之機構如下：
一、專科以上學校。
二、動物用藥品廠。
三、藥物工廠。
四、生物製劑製藥廠。
五、醫院。
六、試驗研究機構。
七、其他經中央主管機關指定之動物科學應用機構。
